The Gladewater Opry is a two hour stage show. The show is housed in the "Cozy", in Gladewater, Texas, (circa 1936). In the early fifties, according to the , young artists such as Elvis, competed in contests held at the theater. Today, the Opry provides a for entertainers of all ages, musicians and songwriters, to perform. The Opry books over 500 people a year from around the Ark-La-Tex and surrounding areas. Specialty show favorites include the "50's Show", the "Legends Show", the "Hee Haw Show", and the "Christmas Show". The Opry also boast an annual award show to honor the entertainers that perform throughout the year.. it is the biggest show of the year.
